By engaging Ranksiege & Co for any service, you ("Client") agree to these Terms of Service. Ranksiege & Co is operated by Deepak Samele, based in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
These terms govern all service engagements including Google Ads management, SEO, Meta Ads, AEO, GEO, LinkedIn Ads, White Label services and any other digital marketing services provided.
Ranksiege & Co will provide the services agreed upon at the commencement of the engagement. Services are documented in the initial scope email or service agreement.
All services are performed by Deepak Samele personally unless otherwise stated. No work is outsourced without client knowledge.
Service fees are as published on ranksiege.com/pricing at the time of engagement: β’ Paid ads management (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing): $199/month flat fee β’ SEO, AEO, GEO services: $299/month flat fee β’ Local SEO: $199/month flat fee β’ One-time audits: $50 per audit
Invoices are issued monthly. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Late payments may result in campaign pausing after 14 days.
We do not charge a percentage of ad spend. Your advertising budget is separate from our management fee and paid directly to the advertising platform.
All services are month-to-month with no minimum commitment. To cancel, provide 30 days written notice via email to hello@ranksiege.com.
You will be billed for the final 30-day notice period. After cancellation, all account accesses will be returned to the client and all client assets will be provided.
No cancellation fees apply. No penalties for early termination.
The client agrees to:
β’ Provide timely access to all required accounts (Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.) β’ Respond to strategy questions within 5 business days β’ Pay invoices within 7 days of issue β’ Ensure ad spend budgets are maintained in advertising accounts β’ Comply with all advertising platform terms and policies β’ Not misrepresent products or services in advertising
Ranksiege & Co cannot be held responsible for campaign performance delays caused by late client responses or denied account accesses.
No specific rankings, traffic levels, lead volumes or ROAS figures are guaranteed. Digital marketing results depend on factors including market conditions, competition, advertising budgets, website quality and platform algorithm changes outside of our control.
We share historical client benchmarks and set realistic expectations based on your specific situation. These are projections, not guarantees.
Past results (5.6x ROAS, 280% traffic increase, 70% CPA reduction) reflect specific client outcomes and may not be replicated for every client.
All ad copy, keyword lists, campaign structures, SEO strategies and content created during the engagement become the property of the client upon full payment of all outstanding invoices.
Ranksiege & Co retains the right to use anonymised campaign results as portfolio references without identifying the client by name.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement. This includes business financials, strategy documents, client lists and campaign performance data.
For white-label agency partnerships, Ranksiege & Co will not contact the end client or disclose the agency relationship to third parties. NDAs are available on request.
Ranksiege & Co's total liability for any claim arising from the provision of services is limited to the total fees paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.
We are not liable for: indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business, or any third-party platform changes (Google Ads policy changes, Meta algorithm updates, etc.) that affect campaign performance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be referred to arbitration in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
For international clients: these terms represent the full agreement between the parties regardless of the client's jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms of Service with 30 days notice to current clients via email. Continued use of our services after the 30-day notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
